REFUND POLICY
ORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELED IF THEY HAVE ALREADY SHIPPED. YOU WILL NEED TO RETURN YOUR PACKAGE TO US AND EMAIL US TO RECEIVE A REFUND IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL AN ORDER THAT HAS ALREADY SHIPPED. YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED POSTAGE IF WE HAVE ALREADY SHIPPED THE PACKAGE. PLEASE CONTACT SUPPORT@VULCANHEMPWORKS.COM TO START THE REFUND PROCESS.
We do not handle refunds for purchases made at independent retail locations. If you purchased a Vulcan HempWorks, LLC product at a retail location, or through a website other than www.vulcanhempworks.com, you will need to deal directly with the store or website where you made the purchase, as we have no way to monitor what they do with our products after we ship to them.
While we stand behind the quality of our products, the effectiveness of a product is not a valid reason for refund, as cannabinoids affect everyone differently.
SHIPPING POLICY
USPS Packaging- heavy duty bubble mailers are used for small vape cartridge orders and corrugated boxes are used for larger vape cartridge and device orders. We use additional packaging, when necessary, to ensure the safety of the arrival of orders to your doorstep. All packages ship from the address “VHW Shipping Department”.
During the weekdays, (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) we ship most orders the same day as long as the order is received by 2:00 PM Central Standard Time. Some orders may ship out the following day if there is high order volume. We take great care to ensure that your packages will arrive discreetly and safely at your doorstep. You can rest assured your package ships within the expected timeframe (2-3 business days) and if you are a registered purchaser you will receive shipping updates via email with tracking and delivery information. All our packages are scanned into the post office and we deliver them to our local post office for shipping. This assures the highest priority of handling for your package.
The only exceptions are Nationalized Postal Holidays. See the USPS for all national holidays. Orders placed on Postal Holidays will resume on next Business Day. Orders received after 4:00 PM Central Standard Time will process the following Business Day. Orders are shipped in discreet packaging to help maintain your privacy.
Currently, we only offer Priority Mail shipping.
